Eddie at the Public Storage on 2703 Martin Luther King Blvd deserves real recognition. During a very difficult time after my father passed away Eddie helped me navigate the process of accessing my father’s storage unit. He was patient, kind, and genuinely compassionate. He took the time to walk me through every step, followed up with me personally, and never rushed the process. His customer service went far beyond what is expected. In a moment of grief and stress, Eddie made things easier, clearer, and more manageable. That level of care matters, and it should not go unnoticed

What can I say abt my experience at public storage today, Eddie went above and beyond. We were hit with so many hurdles in the process of trying to secure a storage for my grandmother And he did not stop until I had everything squared away. Wish I can give Eddie more stars, clean location, transparent transaction 10 stars.
